Work Days: Monday to sat
Timings : 9 am to 6 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assembles raw footage into a coherent and engaging final product.
● Cuts, rearranges, and enhances video clips, adding transitions, effects, and audio as
needed.
● Create and edit videos as per need
● Manages audio quality, including voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.
● Ensures that audio levels are balanced and enhances the overall sound design.
● Creates graphics, titles, and animations that complement the video.
● Works on visual effects and motion graphics to enhance storytelling/ script
● Ensure that all course materials are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Educational Background:
● Bachelor's or master's degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a
related field.
● Preferred Specialized training or certifications in instructional design or curriculum
development.
Skills:
● Strong writing and editing skills to ensure clarity, coherence, and engagement in
course materials.
● Proficiency in using various software tools for content creation and editing (e.g.,
Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere pro, After effects,
Illustrator, Photoshop), Learning Management Systems, AI tools)
● Knowledge of pedagogical best practices and adult learning principles.
● Basic Knowledge of storyboarding
● Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology.
● Ability to identify and correct errors in content, formatting, and structure.
● Experience working with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders to
align course content with learning objectives
● Willingness to incorporate feedback and adjust materials based on learner needs and
changing educational standards.
