We are looking for a Product Content Writer to support our product team in creating clear, user-friendly, and structured content. The role includes writing product blogs, technical FAQs, product documentation, and UI messages such as error, success, and notification messages. The candidate will also help manage product-related social media content and maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand product features and convert technical information into simple and engaging content. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to ensure accurate and consistent communication across all product channels.
