Role: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, NBFC, and Real Estate positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage offer negotiations, notice period discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closures as per business requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
