UI/UX Trainer

About the Role
NetTech India is looking for a passionate UI/UX Trainer to train students in UI/UX Design using industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Figma, Adobe XD, and Notion and be able to deliver practical, project-based training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Train students on Figma, Adobe XD, and Notion.
- Teach Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Design Thinking, Responsive Design, and Design Systems.
- Guide students in developing live projects and professional portfolios.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and Notion.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and Design Thinking.
- Experience with Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, and Responsive Design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Training.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
