ARD Innovations is building LifeLink 360, an integrated healthcare emergency response and medical ecosystem platform designed to connect hospitals, ambulances, blood banks, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and patients through technology-driven real-time coordination systems. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic HR Head who can build and scale the organization’s human capital systems, culture, recruitment strategy, and HR operations from the ground up.
Job Summary
The HR Head will lead the complete Human Resources function including recruitment, talent acquisition, HR strategy, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, training, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capability, startup scaling experience, people management skills, and the ability to build high-performance teams in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical, operations, sales, support, and management teams. Lead end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction. Build hiring pipelines through job portals, agencies, colleges, and professional networks. Coordinate recruitment for expansion across multiple districts and cities.
HR Operations
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Manage attendance systems, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Performance Management
Design KPI/KRA frameworks across departments. Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisal systems. Implement productivity tracking and employee development plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a positive, professional, and mission-driven workplace culture. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
Training & Organizational Development
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs. Develop leadership pipelines and succession planning frameworks. Conduct induction and compliance training sessions.
HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience.
Prior experience in Healthcare, SaaS, Startup, BPO, Command Center, or Operations-driven organizations preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment systems, and labor compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compensation Salary: Competitive and based on experience
