We are looking for an experienced Horizontal Packing Machine Supervisor to manage and supervise our packing operations in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in operating, setting, troubleshooting, and supervising horizontal packing machines, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth packing operations, maintaining production targets, minimizing machine downtime, and ensuring product quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate, set, and supervise Horizontal/HFFS Packing Machines.
2. Handle machine setting, changeover, sealing, cutting, and troubleshooting.
3. Achieve daily production targets while minimizing wastage and machine downtime.
4. Supervise and guide packing machine operators.
5. Ensure packing quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
6. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
7. Maintain basic production and machine-related records.
Requirements
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in horizontal packing machine operations/supervision.
2. Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG will be preferred.
3. Strong hands-on knowledge of HFFS packing machines and troubleshooting.
4. Good team-handling and communication skills.
5. Candidates from Tenkasi and nearby locations will be preferred.
6. Willingness to work in shifts
