Job Overview
Henceforth Solutions is hiring a motivated and performance-driven PPC Executive / Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms and support lead generation and campaign optimization activities.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing campaigns, audience targeting, and performance analysis, along with a strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion metrics
- Analyze campaign data, ROAS, and audience behavior
- Manage custom audience targeting and remarketing campaigns
- Assist in developing funnel strategies for lead generation and conversions
- Identify and manage creative fatigue issues across campaigns
- Optimize ads based on quality score and campaign insights
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in PPC or Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Funnel Strategy
- ROAS Optimization
- Custom Audience Targeting
- Quality Score Optimization
- Understanding of campaign analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
