Job Role: Floor Production Manager
Industry: Fashion / Garment Manufacturing
Team Size: Managing around 50 karigars (tailors/artisans)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor production activities from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Monitor and manage the performance and output of all karigars.
- Ensure timely completion of garments and maintain production schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for fabrics, trims, accessories, and production requirements.
- Handle workflow planning and time management to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain quality standards and reduce production delays or errors.
- Track attendance, productivity, and efficiency of workers.
- Solve floor-level issues and maintain smooth communication between management and karigars.
- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and proper utilization of manpower.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
