We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with prior experience in the sportswear or apparel industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills with the ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sportswear market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors
- Promote company products and increase brand visibility in the market
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and client presentations
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sportswear or apparel company is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and business development abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
