Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our Cold Room, PUF Panel, Refrigeration Unit, and related products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and online inquiries.
- Meet customers and understand their Cold Room and Refrigeration requirements.
- Present company products and explain their features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Experience in Cold Room, Refrigeration, HVAC, PUF Panels, or Industrial Equipment will be an added advantage).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
