Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team in the LED Lighting division. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development within a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for LED lighting products across assigned markets
- Identify new business opportunities through research and lead generation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions
- Maintain sales records and prepare periodic reports
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Skills & Requirements
- MBA (Sales / Marketing or related specialization)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel as required
