Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
● Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, organic stores, and wellness outlets. ● Build partnerships with corporate gifting companies, cafes, and distributors.
● Generate leads and convert new business opportunities for Naturley Organic products.
● Conduct market visits and maintain relationships with existing partners and retailers.
● Coordinate sampling, product presentations, and brand pitches. Corporate & B2B Sales
● Develop and manage corporate gifting opportunities.
● Reach out to HR teams, gifting agencies, and businesses for festive and employee gifting collaborations.
● Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and product presentations for clients.
● Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships. D2C & Marketplace Coordination
● Support sales growth through online marketplaces and website initiatives.
● Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, offers, and product launches.
● Monitor product movement, customer feedback, and sales trends. Reporting & Market Analysis
● Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
● Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
● Provide insights to improve product positioning and customer acquisition.
Requirements
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
● Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
● Good understanding of FMCG, food, wellness, or D2C businesses.
● Comfortable with field visits, calls, and follow-ups.
● Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting. Preferred Skills
