We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the West and South India regions. This role requires a hands-on sales leader who can initially sell independently and then build and manage a high-impact sales team over time.
You will be responsible for expanding footprint across key verticals such as Healthcare (Hospitals & Clinics), Fintech, and D2C, by engaging with senior stakeholders, driving complex solution-led sales, and ensuring long-term account growth through both hunting and farming strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in complex IT / CPaaS / Conversational AI solution selling, the ability to manage enterprise stakeholders, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets in India.
