About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in financial calculations, banking operations, and advanced Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in loan management, interest calculations, insurance coordination, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate loan interest, EMI schedules, repayment plans, and finance costs accurately.
- Compare loan proposals and interest rates from different banks to recommend the most cost-effective financing option.
- Monitor and manage working capital loans, term loans, overdraft (OD), cash credit (CC), and other banking facilities.
- Prepare and maintain loan schedules, repayment trackers, and banking MIS reports.
- Verify bank interest calculations, processing charges, and other banking-related costs.
- Manage company insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, premium payments, and claim processing.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for employee and asset insurance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for banking and insurance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of loan management and banking operations.
- Sound understanding of: Interest Rate Calculations, EMI Calculations, Simple & Compound Interest, Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, OD/CC Facilities, Ability to analyze and compare loan offers from multiple banks.
- Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with Tally, Busy, SAP, or any ERP system will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
