Working Days: Monday to Friday | Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who can manage recruitment and HR operations efficiently while helping us maintain a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment using job portals and other hiring platforms
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Managing onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintaining attendance records and leave management
- Assisting in payroll coordination and HR administration
- Creating and updating Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Addressing employee grievances and supporting employee relations
- Planning and conducting employee engagement activities
- Supporting daily HR operations and maintaining HR records
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals and hiring processes
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation
Positive attitude with strong organizational skills
