About the Role
Aeden Fruits International Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the setup, launch, and scale-up of a new business vertical. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and take complete ownership of projects from concept to launch. The position requires strong experience in project management, operations, and e-commerce, with the ability to work across functions and build structured systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of a new business vertical, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business goals are met
- Create detailed project plans, milestones, workflows, and execution roadmaps to drive timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee business process setup, platform implementation, payment integration, customer journeys, and operational workflows
- Track and improve key performance indicators such as revenue growth, retention, customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Build and streamline communication processes for customers and internal stakeholders, including WhatsApp Business and other service touchpoints
- Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps early, and implement practical solutions proactively
- Ensure consistent operational excellence, accountability, and quality across all project stages
- Work closely with senior management to translate business goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or related business functions
- Prior experience working in startups or e-commerce startups is strongly preferred
- PMP certification preferred; candidates with strong hands-on project ownership experience will also be considered
- MBA from a reputed college or university is preferred
- Strong experience in managing business-critical projects, especially in e-commerce, customer operations, or recurring revenue models
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing coordination skills
- Ability to independently own projects from planning through execution with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
- Experience with subscription, membership, or customer lifecycle management platforms will be an added advantage
