Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead our BD team for CBG and biogas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CBG/biogas sector
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
- Review and finalize techno-commercial proposals and DPRs
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular pipeline reports to leadership
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in BD/Sales in renewable energy, EPC, or waste-to-energy sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- B.E./ B.Tech In any trade
