About the Role
CoTrav is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to support our corporate travel operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and eager to build a career in airline ticketing. You will be responsible for handling flight reservations, assisting clients with travel requirements, and ensuring a seamless booking experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight reservations through GDS platforms and airline booking systems.
- Handle ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, revalidation, and other ticket-related transactions.
- Coordinate with airline partners to secure competitive fares and suitable travel options for corporate clients.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fare rules, baggage allowances, travel policies, and itinerary-related queries.
- Ensure passenger information is entered accurately and all bookings comply with airline guidelines.
- Maintain updated booking records and customer information within internal systems.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely processing of travel requests.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with airline representatives and travel partners.
- Provide prompt support to clients for ticketing requirements and travel-related assistance.
- Stay informed about airline policies, fare structures, and industry updates to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in air ticketing, travel operations, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant academic knowledge or training are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of domestic and international airline ticketing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
