Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Introduce and explain the company's products or services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
