Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder will serve as the right hand to the Founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, seamless coordination, and effective management of the Founder’s schedule, communications, and priorities. The EA will be a trusted partner, enabling the Founder to focus on high-impact activities, strategic decisions, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Schedule Management
· Manage the Founder’s complex calendar and coordinate internal/external meetings.
· Prioritize appointments, proactively resolve conflicts, and ensure optimal time allocation.
· Track key deadlines, events, and follow-ups.
2. Communication & Correspondence
· Act as the first point of contact for the Founder — screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries.
· Draft professional communications, briefs, and presentations on behalf of the Founder.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
3. Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
· Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and research notes for meetings.
· Record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
· Support the Founder in donor interactions, board meetings, and partner engagements.
4. Project & Task Coordination
· Assist in coordinating key initiatives and programs driven by the Founder.
· Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and liaise with internal teams for updates.
· Act as a bridge in communication for recruitments and hiring done within the organization between management, HRD and the Candidate.
· Support fundraising efforts, outreach campaigns, and special projects.
5. Travel & Event Support
· Plan and book travel (domestic/international), accommodations, and logistics.
· Coordinate participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and events.
6. Office & Personal Assistance
· Provide administrative and operational support as required.
· Travelling related places as an when required.
· Manage expenses, reimbursements, and documentation for the Founder.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
· Experience: 10 + years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar role
· Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
o Strong written and verbal communication abilities
o High emotional intelligence and discretion
o Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace, task/project management tools
o Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
o Comfort in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
