About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Faculty Members to teach and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in competitive exam coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology to IIT-JEE/NEET aspirants in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, study notes, and structured course material aligned with the latest exam syllabus and patterns.
- Conduct regular classroom sessions (offline/online), doubt-clearing sessions, and test discussions.
- Develop high-quality practice questions, assignments, and mock tests with detailed solutions.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance to improve learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam trends, and NTA guidelines.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve top ranks in competitive exams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Medicine, or Pure Sciences (IIT/NIT/AIIMS/Top Universities preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE/NEET preparation (classroom or online).
- Deep knowledge of subject fundamentals and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use digital tools for online teaching and assessment.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve excellent results will be an added advantage.
