Job Title: Production Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Coordinator to support and streamline production workflows. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a basic understanding of the production pipeline. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage data, track project progress, and facilitate communication between teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update production trackers, reports, and documentation using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Monitor task progress and follow up with team members on pending activities.
- Facilitate communication between artists, leads, supervisors, and management.
- Assist in resource planning and task allocation as required.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate issues proactively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and timelines.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Production Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of production pipelines (Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Digital Production preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to Animation, VFX, or Creative Production environments will be preferred.
