Role & responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Performance Content: Produce high-quality, human-sounding content, including reel scripts, engaging captions, blog articles, and long-form content.
- Production Management: Lead production planning; brief the in-house video editor and photographer, manage shot lists, lighting, and edit timelines.
- Influencer Campaigns: Identify, outreach, and manage influencer collaborations (nano, micro, or macro) for client campaigns.
- Planning & Reporting: Create monthly content calendars and track performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, DMs, leads, and conversions).
- Sales Support: Build compelling social media package pitch decks (PPTs) to support sales conversations with new prospects.
- Client Relations: Handle direct client communication, including strategy calls and monthly performance reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on social media management (Agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven Results: Must be able to present a portfolio of real growth (numbers, case studies, and engagement wins).
- Writing Mastery: Exceptional skills in writing reel scripts, hooks, and captions; you must genuinely enjoy writing.
- Technical Fluency: Expert with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Canva, and scheduling tools.
- Video Knowledge: Solid understanding of video production to effectively brief editors and suggest cuts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
