Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive Intern to support our government and institutional projects in Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience in administration, liaison, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with government departments and institutional stakeholders
- Support project documentation such as proposals, letters, approvals, and reports
- Follow up on project timelines, permissions, and approvals
- Work closely with internal teams (design, production, dispatch, finance)
- Participate in site visits and project inspections when required
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
- Maintain records and ensure proper documentation of all project activities
- Assist senior team members in meetings and coordination
- Research & Ideation of government projects
Skills & Requirements
- Fresher or recent graduate interested in administration / projects / operations
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences, MBA/M. Com or other field related Final year students can also apply (Freshers can also apply)
