Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Visit clients directly (B2B & B2C) to promote products like CCTV, UPS, Inverters, Solar systems
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and present quotations & proposals to clients
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation & support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Update daily reports on visits, leads, and conversions
Required Skills
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical/electronic products
- Strong negotiation and sales closing ability
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma (Electrical/Electronics preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with interest can apply)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
