Role Overview:
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Documentation & Branding Associate to bridge the gap between Product and Marketing teams. This role is central to ensuring all technical product information is accurate, structured, and presented in a clear, brand-aligned manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with technical data while maintaining strong visual and documentation standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Team to collect and interpret supplier materials (reports, drawings, data sheets, installation guides).
- Convert all materials into standardized formats aligned with LEDFlex branding guidelines.
- Create, update, and maintain product data sheets.
- Generate and refine SKU breakdown structures for accurate product representation.
- Validate technical specifications with the Product Team to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and enhance installation guides with clear, user-friendly visual formats.
- Translate complex technical information into structured, easy-to-understand content.
- Ensure consistency in layout, terminology, and brand presentation across all documentation.
- Act as a liaison between Product and Marketing teams for all technical content.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and proactively improve systems and processes.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in technical documentation, product support, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information.
- Experience with product data sheets, SKU structures, or similar systems.
- Ability to simplify complex technical content into clear documentation.
Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
· Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is a plus. · Basic understanding of CAD drawings or technical diagrams is a plus. Preferred Skills:
