Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle body repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair work and clearly communicate them to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments, maintaining records, and scheduling appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote additional services and products where appropriate.
