Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in the B2C service industry, preferably in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related fields.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and supporting deal closures. Strong communication skills, client relationship management, and consistent follow-up discipline are essential to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Architecture / Service Industry Sales.
- Experience in handling B2C sales and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
- Kannada language is mandatory.
