- Serve as the primary point of contact for both domestic and international clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and approach potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and direct meetings.
- Explain company services such as website development, software development, mobile apps, digital marketing, CRM, ERP, AI tools, automation, and IT solutions.
- Handle client communications, meetings, and stakeholder interactions across different regions, cultures, and business environments.
- Understand client requirements, conduct requirement-gathering discussions, and translate business needs into clear and actionable project specifications.
- Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams by ensuring accurate communication, expectation management, and alignment on project goals.
- Convert client discussions and business opportunities into well-defined projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders for successful execution.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, requirement documents, status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities and provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, resource allocation, and project performance while generating regular management and client reports to ensure successful project delivery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
