Role overview
We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer / Visual Designer to own the visual quality of campaigns end-to-end. You will set the creative bar, mentor junior designers and produce premium visuals for our consumer brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of high-impact campaign creatives across digital and print.
- Develop and elevate visual systems, templates and brand guidelines.
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers.
- Partner with strategy and performance teams to design assets that convert.
- Own quality control and ensure consistency across all client deliverables.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of graphic / visual design experience, ideally in an agency or D2C environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showing premium, conversion-focused visual work.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, grids and brand systems.
- Ability to lead projects and guide junior team members.
Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma (plus).
