Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our US Staffing business by identifying and developing potential clients, staffing companies, vendors, and business opportunities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, Google, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential US clients, staffing firms, MSPs, VMS companies, and vendors.
- Research companies and decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Managers, and Hiring Managers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and contacts.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential staffing opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and the Business Development team.
- Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports and trackers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the BDE/Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, conversations, and lead status.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in US Staffing Lead Generation / B2B Lead Generation preferred.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing/IT Staffing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email/LinkedIn outreach.
- Good research and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in US Staffing, RPO, IT Staffing, Bench Sales, B2B Lead Generation, or International Sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
