The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As our Co-Founder & VP, you aren’t just managing—you are building. You will wear multiple hats, bridge the gap between strategy and brutal execution, and drive our growth engine.
- Own the Growth: Design, test, and execute aggressive go-to-market (GTM) and user acquisition strategies.
- Product & Tech Alignment: Work closely on the product roadmap, ensuring our tech stack aligns perfectly with user feedback and scaling needs.
- Operational Excellence: Build processes from scratch, manage day-to-day operations, and keep the startup agile and moving fast.
- Strategic Partnerships: Pitch to institutions, creators, or B2B partners to expand our market footprint.
- Future Fundraising: When the time is right, help craft the narrative and pitch to investors for our seed/Series A rounds.

A Note on Equity: We want to be fair. The exact percentage is fully negotiable and will be based on your experience, what you bring to the table, and a standard vesting schedule (to protect both sides as we grow).
