Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. The role involves managing household staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the house.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise domestic staff (maids, drivers, cooks, security, gardeners, etc.)
- Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and overall presentation of the residence
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and utilities
- Monitor inventory and procure household supplies as required
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and service charges
- Supervise security arrangements and ensure safety protocols
- Handle guest arrangements and special events when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Report regularly to the employer/family on household matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of household operations and staff management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Trustworthy, discreet, and well-groomed personality
- Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in villas, high-end residences, or corporate guest houses
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Familiarity with budgeting and expense tracking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
