Position
Site Supervisor – Modular Furniture & Interior Projects
Reporting To
Project Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Before Installation
Visit the site and verify measurements.
Check civil work readiness.
Ensure electrical and plumbing points match the approved drawings.
Identify issues before dispatching materials.
Coordinate with the design and production teams.
During Installation
Supervise carpenters and installers.
Ensure installation follows approved drawings.
Verify correct hardware, accessories, and finishes.
Maintain quality standards and safety.
Resolve minor site issues immediately.
Coordinate with the client and other contractors.
After Installation
Inspect completed work.
Prepare snag/punch lists.
Ensure defects are rectified.
Obtain client approval and handover.
Collect photographs and completion reports.
Daily Duties
Attend assigned project sites.
Update work progress.
Record manpower attendance.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Report delays and risks.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the site.
Skills Required
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Knowledge of modular furniture installation.
Understanding of hardware and fittings.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Strong communication and team management.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Interior, Mechanical, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in interior or modular furniture projects.
KPI (Performance Indicators)
On-time project completion.
Installation quality.
Number of client complaints.
Snag closure time.
Material wastage.
Rework percentage.
Team productivity.
Customer satisfaction.
Tools They Should Use
Measuring tape and laser distance meter.
Spirit level.
Mobile/tablet for reporting.
Project management app.
WhatsApp/email for coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
