- Have 10+ years of proven experience in IT/Software Sales
- Have experience selling software solutions, IT services, SaaS, automation, or technology products
- Are comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role
- Understand B2B sales and enterprise/client acquisition
- Can generate leads and close deals independently
- Prefer high earning potential over fixed salaries
