Job description
The Project Management Executive shall be responsible for coordinating between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and successful execution of customer orders from order receipt through final payment collection. The role requires close monitoring of project timelines, coordination of engineering approvals, manufacturing clearances, inspections, invoicing, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Execution & Project Coordination
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal departments for order execution.
Engineering & Design Coordination
- Coordinate with the Design/Engineering department for preparation and submission of drawings and technical documents.
- Follow up with clients for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.
- Ensure timely receipt of approved drawings and manufacturing clearances from clients.
- Maintain records of all approvals, revisions, and correspondence.
Manufacturing & Production Coordination
- Issue project requirements and approved documents to manufacturing teams.
Inspection & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate customer inspections, third-party inspections, and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Arrange inspection schedules and ensure readiness of materials and documentation.
- Follow up for inspection clearances and release notes.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely shipment of materials.
Commercial & Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with Accounts and Commercial departments for timely preparation and submission of invoices.
- Submit invoices and supporting documents to clients as per contractual requirements.
- Track payment milestones and maintain records of payment status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Project Management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in project coordination, order execution, or project management, preferably in manufacturing, electrical equipment, switchgear, EPC, or industrial projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
