Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion
- Monitor and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with leadership for business decision-making and profitability analysis
- Handle payroll oversight, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
- Experience working in international markets preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
