Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admin Executive to manage and oversee daily administrative operations, office facilities, vendor management, procurement, and workplace services. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience handling end-to-end administration activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations.
- Handle facility management, housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and office infrastructure.
- Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, and administrative expenses.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for employee support and workplace requirements.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Lead and manage the administration support team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or office operations.
- Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
