Job Summary
Hair O Craft is looking for a qualified and compassionate Dermatologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat skin, hair, and scalp conditions, provide aesthetic dermatology services, evaluate patients for hair restoration procedures, and work closely with the hair transplant team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and scalp disorders.
- Evaluate patients for hair loss and recommend appropriate medical or surgical treatment plans.
- Conduct detailed consultations for hair restoration procedures.
- Perform dermatological procedures such as PRP, GFC, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microneedling, skin biopsies, and other minimally invasive treatments as required.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assess patients before hair transplant procedures and ensure medical fitness for treatment.
- Monitor post-procedure recovery and provide follow-up care.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, surgical coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dermatology, trichology, and aesthetic medicine.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical medical practices.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
Skills Required
- Strong clinical knowledge in dermatology and trichology.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating hair and scalp disorders.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hair restoration therapies and aesthetic dermatology.
- Strong clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Dermatology.
- Experience in Hair Transplant, Trichology, Aesthetic Dermatology, PRP/GFC, and cosmetic procedures will be an added advantage.
