Assistant Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in the construction, interior, real estate, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales reports and business updates to management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Self-motivated and result-driven professional.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
