Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Executive plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring timely sourcing, accurate product information, competitive pricing, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. This role directly contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience by enabling the Sales team with quick turnaround times, reliable information, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Response Management
- Provide prompt support to the Sales team for all new product enquiries.
- Share product availability, pricing, lead times, MOQs, and suitable alternatives within the committed turnaround time.
- Recommend the most suitable products based on client requirements, budget, and branding feasibility.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with domestic and international vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain the best commercial terms, lead times, and product information.
- Ensure vendor responsiveness and service levels are consistently maintained.
Cost Optimization
- Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors to maximize margins while maintaining product quality.
- Optimize procurement and logistics costs by effectively managing runner/vendor allocation.
- Source comparative quotations from multiple vendors to ensure the best value for every enquiry.
Sample Management
- Coordinate pre production sample requests for internal teams and clients.
- Track all sample orders and maintain accurate records of sample costs.
- Monitor sample expenditure and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary sample costs.
Order & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and Order Tracking System.
- Ensure all product details, pricing, timelines, vendor information, and customer requirements are recorded correctly.
- Support seamless handover between Sales, Purchasing, Vendor Coordination, and Operations.
Product & Branding Consultation
- Recommend the most appropriate branding/decoration methods based on product material, artwork, and client requirements.
- Guide the Sales team on decoration feasibility, branding costs, and production considerations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Vendor Coordinators, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Proactively communicate updates on pricing, sourcing challenges, delays, or alternative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Support, Procurement, Vendor Management, Merchandising, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience in sourcing promotional products, corporate gifting, merchandising, or related industries is preferred.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
