Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with their purchases.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and keep the store clean and organised.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Promote ongoing offers and new products.
- Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
