Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification to lead software development projects in a service-based IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, resources, and project performance.
- Gather and translate client requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
Required Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (Mandatory).
- 9–10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a service-based IT company.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
- Strong client-facing project management experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
