Job Role:- Software Engineer
Location :- Remote
Notice Period :- Immediate to 30 days max
Experience Required :- 5+ Years
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI‑driven agents that coach Agile teams, provide insights, and automate routine workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and related tools.
- Implement and optimize conversational experiences using large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation over Agile and org‑specific knowledge bases.
- Develop backend services and APIs to integrate product with customer systems (issue trackers, CI/CD, collaboration tools) and ensure reliable data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Agile coaches, product, and UX to translate real‑world coaching patterns into AI behaviors, prompts, and agent workflows.
- Instrument, monitor, and continuously improve agent performance, safety, and latency using telemetry, experimentation, and feedback loops.
- Contribute to architecture decisions around scalability, multi‑tenant SaaS, and secure handling of customer data in a cloud environment.
- Stay current with advances in LLMs, agent frameworks, and Agile practices, and propose pragmatic improvements to the platform.
Required skills and experience
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI‑enabled or data‑intensive products.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, including experience building production backend services and APIs.
- Hands‑on experience integrating with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and using modern AI frameworks or SDKs.
- Experience with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, or search over domain knowledge bases.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying scalable, secure SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and common delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with non‑technical stakeholders (coaches, product, customers) to shape features.
Nice to have
- Prior work on agentic AI systems, copilots, or workflow automation products.
- Experience in analytics/observability products or developer tooling.
- Background as a Scrum Master, Agile coach, or product owner, or certifications in Agile/Scrum.
