Our programs:
- Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
- Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled income uplift for 10000+ entrepreneurs.
The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Travel regularly to assigned schools and government offices to support and monitor program implementation.

Conduct classroom observations and interact with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to understand on-ground progress.

Monitor the status of program implementation through field visits, data review, phone calls, and active WhatsApp communication, while staying informed about developments across assigned schools.

Collect, verify, and maintain accurate program data from schools to support reporting, documentation, and decision-making.

Prepare clear and timely program reports, presentations, and official communication for internal teams and government stakeholders.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with government officials through regular meetings, follow-ups, and coordination.

Support the planning and delivery of online and offline training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders, in collaboration with the Udhyam team.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of program activities and resolve implementation challenges as they arise.

Identify field-level challenges and opportunities, and proactively share insights and recommendations to strengthen program implementation.
Skills, Experience and Mindsets

A keen interest in the development and education sector.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience working with teachers and school-level stakeholders is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel across the district as required.

Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate in Punjabi is a strong advantage for engaging with local stakeholders.
