The senior recruiter will assist senior management in recruiting the initial team to support the management. We are seeking a senior recruiter with a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience handling all aspects of recruiting for non-technical jobs in the BFSI sector. The responsibilities include:
- Build a recruiting process and a pipeline of candidates
- Handles end-to-end aspects of recruiting new employees
- Assist management with multi-tasking
- Ideal candidates are dynamic, hard workers, result-oriented and who can excel in a fast-paced startup environment and possess outstanding communication skills

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
