Role Summary
The Health Insurance Manager is responsible for managing health insurance sales, customer service, policy renewals, team handling, and achieving business targets. The role includes developing client relationships, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring smooth policy processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health insurance products
- Handle customer inquiries and explain policy benefits
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
- Manage renewals and policy servicing
- Lead and support the sales/recovery team
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and claims support
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings when required
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
