- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and stock.
- Maintain proper godown/store arrangement for easy identification and accessibility.
- Organize and maintain stock systematically.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Update stock registers and inventory records accurately.
- Assist the purchase department by preparing purchase requirements and coordinating with vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Prepare materials for dispatch, including packing and labeling.
- Generate and maintain billing/invoice records related to stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and godown.
- Assist with general office administrative duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
