Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Sr. Solution Architect with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to optimize maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP PM solutions.

Gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions.

Configure preventive & corrective maintenance, work orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists.

Integrate SAP PM with MM, QM, PP, SD, FI/CO, and S2P.

Support testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.

Maintain system documentation and ensure SOX/FDA GMP compliance.

Participate in Agile projects and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP PM / SAP EAM.

Hands-on SAP S/4HANA PM implementation and support.

Expertise in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Equipment Management, Work Orders, and Asset Management.

Experience integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules.

Knowledge of Agile, Jira, and DevOps.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills

SAP PM S/4HANA Certification.

Pharma or Manufacturing industry experience.

Knowledge of SOX and FDA GMP compliance.
