Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Marketplace Management
- Manage the company's Amazon Seller Central account on a day-to-day basis.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor product catalog health and resolve listing issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase Amazon sales and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon marketing initiatives.
Amazon Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the operations team to prevent stock-outs.
- Track order processing, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment and maintain healthy stock levels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, Buy Box percentage, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and customer feedback.
- Prepare actionable insights and recommend improvements.
Customer Satisfaction
- Monitor customer reviews and seller feedback.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain high seller performance metrics in line with Amazon standards.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research.
- Identify new product opportunities and market trends.
- Recommend strategies to improve product rankings and market share.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of increasing Amazon sales and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Experience with multi-channel marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
